1. Your Data Stays on Your Device

Digital Business Card Maker is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App stores every business card you create locally in a private database on your mobile device. None of your contact information, brand designs, or card details are uploaded to any external server or shared with third parties. The App operates entirely offline and does not require network permissions to function.

2. No Analytics or Tracking

We do not collect usage data, device identifiers, IP addresses, or telemetry. We do not use third-party analytics libraries, advertising networks, or user tracking SDKs. Your activity inside the App is completely private to you.

3. Permissions Requested

The App requests standard system permissions only when initiated by you for specific features:

• Storage/Photos (Optional): Required only if you choose to save your business card or QR code as a PNG image directly to your device's gallery.
• Share Sheet: When you share your card, the operating system's standard share sheet is used to safely hand off the image to the app you select.

We do not access your address book, location, microphone, or camera.

4. QR Code (vCard) Sharing

The QR codes generated by the App encode your contact details locally using the industry-standard vCard 3.0 format. When someone scans your QR code, the receiving device handles the contact import locally. No data is sent to us during this process.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is a professional business utility and is suitable for users aged 13 and above. It does not collect any personal data, and is therefore compliant with children's privacy regulations.
