Gym Workout Counter does not collect, store, or transmit your personal workout data to external servers. All workout logs and settings are kept locally on your device. However, the application integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertisements. Google may collect certain device identifiers, IP addresses, advertising IDs, and usage data to serve and personalize ads, and monitor app performance.

2. Data Storage

All data generated during your use of the application is stored exclusively and locally on your device. This includes:

• Workout session records
• Exercise history and custom exercises
• App settings and preferences
• Rep counts, weight logs, and set data

We do not use cloud database services or back up your data to any remote location. Your data remains completely under your control.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or distribute your local workout data to any third parties. However, the app uses third-party services (Google AdMob) that may collect information used to identify your device. 4. Data Deletion

You can delete all your workout data and settings at any time through the Settings screen within the application using the "Clear All Data" option. Uninstalling the application will also automatically remove all stored data from your device.

5. Permissions

The application may request the following permissions on your Android device to function correctly:

• VIBRATE - To provide haptic feedback when the rest timer finishes.
• WAKE_LOCK - To keep the device's screen on during your workout sessions.
• INTERNET - To request and load advertisements from Google AdMob.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - To check network connectivity status for loading advertisements.

6. Children's Privacy

Because Gym Workout Counter does not collect any personal information directly, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The application is suitable for general audiences (13+).

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this Privacy Policy and making the revised policy available within the application.
