PT Devora Digital Kreasi ("we", "our", or "us") built the IELTS Writing Practice App as an offline-ready educational application for IELTS Academic Writing Task 1 and Task 2 preparation. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you install and use our application.
All user-generated content and learning records created within the application are stored strictly locally on your device using an on-device SQLite database (Drift) and local preferences (`SharedPreferences`). This includes:
We do not operate external cloud servers or remote databases to store, back up, or process your essays or study progress. Uninstalling the application or clearing the application data from your device settings will permanently remove all locally stored records.
IELTS Writing Practice App does not require user registration, login credentials, or personal profiles. We do not collect, transmit, rent, sell, or share any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or device identifiers) with any third parties.
No background tracking, behavioral profiling, advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics scripts are embedded in the application.
The application operates without requesting access to sensitive device permissions such as your camera, microphone, contacts, photo gallery, or location services.
For vocabulary audio pronunciation, the application utilizes your device's native Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine (`flutter_tts`), which processes speech synthesis locally on your device.
Our application does not collect personal data from any user, including children under the age of 13. Because all functionality operates locally on the user's device without data transmission, no personal information from minors is ever gathered or stored by us.
IELTS Writing Practice App is an independent self-study preparation tool developed by PT Devora Digital Kreasi and is not affiliated with, approved, or endorsed by IELTS, the University of Cambridge, the British Council, or IDP Education. All essay evaluations and band scores generated within the app are automated heuristic estimates intended solely for study guidance.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in application functionality or legal requirements. Any updates will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
